{S:X;X;0;13;Dates of Issue{ITR-X}{ITR-X}ZLine discs are issued at the beginning of March, June, September and December each year. The first ZLine disc, ZL9303, was issued in March 1993. The first PipeLine disc was issued in July 1990 but now they are published at the beginning of February, May, August and November each year. The first PipeLine 4 disc, 4PL9111, was issued in November 1991. The first ILine disc, IL9501, is the January 1995 and they are published in January, April, July and October each year.}
{S:X;X;0;14;Back Numbers{ITR-X}{ITR-X}With a printed book or magazine it is sometimes difficult to get hold of back numbers. This often happens when all previously printed copies have been sold and when it is judged that there is not enough potential demand for an economically sized print run. The book or magazine is then said to be \‘Out of Print\’. With a disc based magazine the question \“If we run a reprint then will we get our money back?\” does not arise. Because PipeLine, ILine and ZLine are supplied on disc, back numbers are never \‘Out of Print\’\\\; you can always buy individual back numbers. Many of our new members buy the full set of back numbers.}
{S:X;X;0;15;Errata}
{S:X;X;0;16;A slightly more tricky problem is that of errata. Generally all the issues of our discs have been remarkably free from errors but, inevitably, some have crept in here and there. I believe that any errors are so small that either you haven\’t noticed them or you\’ve been able to guess what should have been written in the file. However, what I do is that, as soon as an error has been pointed out to me I have corrected the error on my master disc so that all further copies go out with the correction.}
{S:X;X;0;17;Sometimes articles and applications on our discs become outdated by events. For example, \‘bugs\’ which existed in early versions of Wordz have been corrected by Colton Software and an upgrade has become available from them. Work arounds for such \‘bugs\’ are no longer required and if I continued to include them on later versions of the early discs then their inclusion would confuse new subscribers buying these discs as back numbers. Generally I modify or remove such out of date material and change the version number of the disc.}
{S:X;X;0;18;If you have found an error of the \‘errata\’ type then let me know what it is, return your copy of the disc together with a stamp and a self addressed label and I will upgrade your copy. Although this way you have to find a slip (or at least suspect one) to qualify for an upgrade to a later version, I hope that you don't think this is too unfair but, from my point of view, it does keep the number of upgrades I have to supply within reasonable limits.}
